Only people you invite to your workspace. Every project, item and customer belongs to a single workspace, and access is scoped to it so your data is never visible to other workspaces. Within a workspace, roles control what each member can do — Admins manage users and settings, Editors create and edit projects, and Viewers have read-only access.

A sent version is locked, but you are not stuck. If you marked it as sent by mistake and it never reached the customer, you can revert it to draft and edit it. If the customer has already seen it, branch a new version, make your changes there, and compare the two before sending.
It moves to Trash and stays there for 30 days. You can restore it at any point in that time; after 30 days it is removed permanently.
You pay €18 per seat each month. The Free plan covers up to 2 users and 5 projects at no cost. Workspace admins manage seats, invoices and cancellation in the billing portal. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period.
